Sustainable Practices North of 60
The 2022 call for presenters is now open
The effective management of water and waste North of 60 is essential. The North has some of the most pristine water in the world and we are all working ot keep it that way. The NTWWA Board of Directors invites you to share with the participants of the conference what your organization is doing in the areas of waste and waste management and research.
The target audience is individuals working with water and waste in the north, including operators, administrators, regulators, equipment manufacturers and consultants working with communities, mines and energy (oil, gas and hydro electricity).
Presentations are 30 minutes long, including time for questions and answers. Conference topics include planning, design, construction, operation and management of water works, wastewater treatment and disposal works, and solid waste management works. Workshop topics should focus on the practical science, engineering and operation and maintenance of all facilities, large or small, simple or complicated.
Please contact Olivia Lee, NTWWA Past President, (867-767-9164 ext: 21074 or Olivia_Lee@gov.nt.ca) if you would like to present or would like more information. The NTWWA is a not-for-profit organization and for this reason all presenters will be required to register and pay to attend the conference. We appreciate your continued support of NTWWA.
